Catho SLSC is running SRC & Bronze courses and we’d love to see new faces join the team! This is your chance to gain the skills, confidence, and community spirit that comes with being part of Surf Life Saving.

👉 What you’ll need before you start:✅ Swim 400m in under 9 minutes✅ Float/tread water for 3 minutes✅ Swim 200m (resting >5 min) then complete another 200m swim in under 5 minutes
