Lifesaving
2026 Winter Training
Winter is the perfect time to stay connected with the club and keep your lifesaving skills sharp. Our winter training sessions provide a great opportunity to maintain fitness, build confidence, refresh core rescue skills, and continue developing alongside fellow members in a supportive environment. By training consistently through the off-season, you'll be ready for the start of the patrol season and better prepared to respond when it matters most. Whether you're an experienced member or looking to build your skills, we encourage everyone to come along and make the most of our winter training program.
