Early Bird Registration Days. are as follows :-)
* Sunday 19th September 2010: 10am to 12md
* Sunday 26th September 2010: 10am to 12md
Early Bird Costs;
Nippers U6 & U7: $60
Nippers U8 to U14: $90
Family (Immediate): $250
Active (Patrol): $40
Active Competitive: $90
Associate: $70
From the 27th September 2010 the following costs will be incurred for registration;
Late Rego Costs;
Nippers U6 & U7: $70
Nippers U8 to U14: $100
Family (Immediate): $280
Active (Patrol): $50
Active Competitive: $100
Associate: $80

Catho SLSC is excited to announce that you can now make online payments
using your Visa or MasterCard through the SLSA Payment Gateway.
You can now pay for:
TRAINING FEES ~ REGISTRATION ~ VENUE HIRE ~ or make a DONATION
To pay online, firstly click the link below, then follow four easy steps...
STEP 1
* Choose your club or service: Type - Catherine Hill Bay (or start
typing & click it from the options list)
* Transaction Type: For training select "Other", for Venue Hire,
select "Function"
* Name & Payment Details: Type the relevant name & what you're paying for,
e.g. for training - the training period, or for Venue Hire - the type of
function & date.
* Amount: enter the amount, including decimal point & cents
* Your name (name of person making the payment)
* Your phone number
* Your email address (to be sent your receipt)
* Click SUBMIT to go to step 2
STEP 2
* Enter your credit card number, expiry date & CVC (the 3 digit number on
the back of your card) VISA & MASTERCARD ONLY
STEP 3
* Payment Confirmation - check the details are correct & Submit
STEP 4
* Your receipt
