About Us
We have been successful in gaining a $9300 grant from NRMA Insurance through the NRMA Insurance Surf Club Help Program. This program, which is run in conjunction with NRMA Insurance,SLSNSW and SLSA, provides financial assistance of up to $10,000 to the most neediest clubs across Australia for the development of Surf Life Saving at Club level.
After a detailed submission from the Club and a lengthy and competitive selection process involving the 3 organisations we were advised in late July that we were successful with all but one part of our proposal. This has allowed the Club to purchase the following equipment: Laptop computer, Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax machine, Data projector and Screen, and a Defibrillator. This will benefit the Club enormously with administration, member services, Club communications, the quality of training we can provide across all awards and our First Aid capabilities with the addition of the Defibrillator. The Club Executive and members would like to thank SLSA, SLSNSW and in particular NRMA Insurance for their support.
